Call for Papers

Researchers, academicians, industry professionals, and scholars are invited to submit original and unpublished research papers aligned with the conference themes. All submissions undergo a rigorous peer-review process by the Technical Program Committee.

Submission Guidelines

Key formatting and ethical prerequisites for manuscript acceptance:

  • Manuscript Scope & Size: Submissions must be original, unpublished work (min. 3,500 words or 10–16 pages, single column, 10–12 pt font) aligned with one of the conference tracks.
  • Structure & Referencing: Include an unreferenced abstract (≤ 250 words), 4–6 keywords, alphabetical author-year citations (e.g., Sharma et al., 2021), and up to 50 references.
  • Integrity & Plagiarism Policy: Blind peer review on technical merit. Simultaneous submissions, self-plagiarism, and duplicate publishing are strictly prohibited.
  • Registration & Presentation: At least one author of each accepted paper must register and present the paper for publication in proceedings. Preprints are welcomed.

Peer Review Infrastructure

The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.

Publication Opportunities

Publication Opportunity in Springer Lecture Notes in Computer Science (LNCS) Series (Scopus Indexed - Approval Awaited). Extended versions of selected high-impact papers will also be recommended for fast-track publication in Scopus/SCI-indexed journals.
